Ingredients:
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup strong brewed Vietnamese coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup Kahlua (optional)
- 24 ladyfingers
- Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the mascarpone cheese and beat until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
